Shipping policy

We can ship to most countries worldwide.

When you place an order with us, we aim to despatch it within 3 working days (often sooner, and usually the same day).

Your goods should take 2-3 days to arrive..

For items that are not in stock, we can special order for you and an estimate date will be given to you. For more information on special orders please email jo@thecotswoldshed.com  

All delivery timeframes are an estimation.

Once orders have been completed we will be unable to amend or cancel your order.

Please ensure all delivery addresses and instructions are entered correctly. Any parcels returned due to an invalid address will incur a charge payable by the customer.
